TECH CONCRETES, S. A. DE C. V. is a Mexican company
dedicated among other activities to the commercialization
and sale its additive ECOCRETO® for the
construction of 100 % permeable pavements. |

| The
additive ECOCRETO® is a patented product
and protected internationally by the Engineer Jaime
Grau, the Architect Germán Guevara, and the
Architect Néstor de Buen. In their production
don't use poisonous matters or substances, it don't
explosive and it is very safe of using since neither
they are dissolved materials with the step of the
water. |

| In
the process of confirmation of the resistance characteristics
and permeability of the concrete permeable pavements
made with the additive ECOCRETO® has
become multiple laboratory tests in Mexico and United
States, being proven the technical characteristics
of the product and its use advantages against of
other pavements usually used as asphalt, concrete
or pieces pre-manufactured, as the adocretos and
adopastos. |

| To
avoid possible deformations of the pavements permeable
make with the additive ECOCRETO® there
constructive method has been patented that is carried
out also digging some small wells of absorption,
a gravel layer like base that are permeable materials
and that together with a final layer of permeable
concrete ECOCRETO® they form a pavement
100% permeable that substitutes with many advantages
as resistance, durability and aspect to other pavements
like the adopasto, the asphalt and the adocretos.

| In
the Mexican Republic, the Public brickworks secretary
of the Departmento del Distrito Federal (Mexico
City), through the Direction of Pavements has approved
it and it recommends it to be used in new works
as permeable pavement 100% and it is ordered this
way already in some political Delegations of the
City where pavement is requested permeable concrete
or ecological concrete as specification.

| In
June of 2000 were distinguished with the National
Prize "To the merit Ecological year 2000"
that give the Secretary of the Environment, Natural
Resources and Fishes of the Mexican Republic. We
have also been recognized by the Mexican Environmentalist
Movement as "A company friend of the environment".
Green Peace distinguishes us as discoverers of a
pavement friend of the environment. |

| In
August of 2000 the assembly of representatives of
the Mexico City emitted an ordinance so that used
permeable pavement in 8 Delegations of the Mexico
City with the purpose of creating conscience of
the necessity of allowing the infiltration from
the water to the underground. |

| The
additive ECOCRETO® at the moment is manufactured
in our plant located in the Metropolitan area of
the Mexico City, having a capacity of production
of 4,000 liters daily of material for shift, enough
to supply 4,000 m2 daily of pavement. The additive
is available in bowl of 19 liters for going to mixer.
For their installation we already have several qualified
distributors that they can execute the works where
it is necessary. |
