of the pavement ECOCRETO®. |
| |
| The
permeable concrete ECOCRETO® is the first
concrete 100% permeable, ecological and of high
resistance, developed to use it in the construction
of pavements and floors of all type in order to
that these are permeable that are not deformed and
allow that the rain water infiltrates freely to
the underground, by means of a simple constructive
system, helping this way to the recharge of the
aquifer mantels of the cities and providing other
advantages that the common pavements don't have.

| Main
characteristics. |
| |
| The
material is a very similar to hydraulic concrete
but manufactured without sand, which is substituted
by the additive ECOCRETO® that increases
their resistance to harden. The result of the mixture
is a very malleable product, half liquid, with partial
sinking zero, easy to use and to strain, with very
high resistance to the compression (more than 250
Kg/cm2 on the average) and very good resistance
to the flexion (more than 40 Kg/cm2 on the average),
of very porous and pleasant aspect, to obtain a
plane surface, very comfortable to walk along it. |

| Among
the main advantages of use they are the following:

- All
the surfaces made with ECOCRETO®
are 100% permeable.
|
- The
puddles disappear immediately, since the material
can contain water in its interior while this
infiltrates in the underground, that allow to
reduce or eliminate the pluvial drainages.
|
- It
eliminates the aquaplane of the tires of the
cars.
|
- It
is compatible with other materials used for
pavements with the purpose of that permeable
surfaces are possible when combining with these
floors.

- It
doesn't require of specialized manpower, neither
of sophisticated machinery for their installation.
|
- The
surface is nonskid, but plane and less noisy
that other pavements.
|
- It
acquires their resistance characteristics in
72 hours.
|
- It
can make in several colors and with different
stone types.
|
- Their
base and constructive system is more cheaper
than the traditional ones for this reason the
final cost is not more expensive than other
pavements.

- You
can manufacture directly in work by means of
the use of spinning tops or shaker machine for
concrete or the mixture is hired in mixer plants
of concrete.

- It
can settle by hand by means of the traditional
method of having strained, you can apply with
a finisher machine for asphalt pavements, you
should get to put 1,500 m2 for day.

- Can
have several presentations: in base cement (gray
or white), or base resins, depending on the
measure attaché and in several colors
using colorings for cement, what allows to make
signals in the pavements using the own color
of the ECOCRETO®.

- Their
use diminish the investment in drainages until
in 40% for the handling of pluvial waters.
|
- It
is a product that not pollutant that helps to
improve the ecology of the cities.

- It
is a clean product in their application that
isn't producing gravel neither garbage.
